Processing & Delivery (India)

• Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within 2 business days.
• COD Orders: Dispatched within 3 business days (subject to verification).
• Delivery Times: Metro Cities: 3–7 days; Remote Villages: 10–12 days.
• Delivery Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• If you are unavailable, a trusted person may accept delivery on your behalf.

Shipping Charges (India)

• Orders below ₹500: ₹60
• Orders between ₹501–₹998: ₹100
• Orders above ₹998: Free shipping

Returns & Replacements

• Used or opened products: Not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Damaged items: Report within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
• Eligible replacements/refunds processed within 4–7 business days.
• Claims after 24 hours or without proof are ineligible.

Refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Damages caused post-delivery are not covered.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours for a full refund.
• After 2 hours: Prepaid orders incur a 30% deduction.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
